Booking Policy

All you need to know about booking with EirStay

Check-in & Check-out Times

Check-out time is 11:00 AM and check-in time is 4:00 PM. Our properties are generally fully booked and our cleaning staff need this window to clean the entire property before the next guests arrive. Earlier check-in can sometimes be organised but can only be confirmed on the day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund

For cancellations made 30 days before arrival

50% Refund

For cancellations made 14 days before the reservation commences

No Refund

For cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in

Payment

Payment for each booking must be made in full before the arrival date or before a booking can commence at all EirStay properties.

Capacity

The maximum listed capacity of each property cannot be exceeded. For example, our 1 Bed properties have a maximum capacity for 2 people. A 2 Bed property sleeps a maximum of 4 people. Only the guests referenced at the time of making the reservation are allowed to stay at the property.

Housekeeping

We offer a full housekeeping service that can be booked at an extra cost to your reservation. A 24-hour notice period is required to book a visit from our team.

House Rules

  • No smoking or vaping within or directly outside the property
  • No pets allowed
  • No parties or functions to be held at the property
  • Noise must be kept to a respectful level at all times, with particular emphasis between 10pm and 7am

Keys & Access

Most EirStay properties operate a self check-in system with keys retrieved from a lockbox. Keys are made available in the lockbox by 4:00 PM on check-in days.
