All our properties are self check-in, so you can arrive at your convenience without needing to meet anyone. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive detailed property information including directions and local tips. On the morning of your arrival, we'll send a step-by-step guide with door codes and entry instructions, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free. If you have any trouble at all, our team is just a phone call or message away.

We operate at full capacity for the majority of the time, and due to our thorough professional cleaning schedules, early check-ins are not always immediately available. That said, we completely understand the need — especially if you're arriving on an early flight or coming from abroad. We always do our best to accommodate early arrivals and can confirm availability on the morning of your check-in day. Just let us know your plans and we'll work with you.

We aim to keep our cancellation policy fair and transparent. A full refund is provided for cancellations made 30 days or more before your arrival date. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before your stay, a 50% refund will be issued. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in, as the apartment will have been held for you. We recommend booking with flexibility in mind, and we're always happy to discuss date changes as an alternative to cancellation.

Each EirStay apartment features a fully equipped, modern kitchen so you can prepare meals just as you would at home. You'll find a Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Oven with Induction Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Kettle, Toaster, and a full set of cookware, utensils, plates, glasses, and cutlery. We offer a complimentary weekly cleaning service for all bookings of 14 days and longer. This includes a full replacement of towels and bed linen, along with a thorough professional clean of the entire apartment. For shorter stays, your apartment will be spotlessly cleaned and fully prepared before your arrival. If you'd like additional cleans during a shorter booking, we can arrange that for an extra fee — just ask.

Dublin is a very walkable city, and most of our apartments are within easy reach of bus stops, Luas tram lines, and the DART rail. Taxis are readily available through apps like Free Now and Uber. While many of our city-centre properties don't include dedicated parking, our team is well-versed in local parking options and can point you in the right direction. We can advise on the nearest public car parks, on-street parking zones, overnight rates, and any permit options that may be available. If parking is a priority for your stay, let us know when booking and we'll help you find a property with the most convenient access.

We want you to feel at home from the moment you walk through the door. Each apartment is stocked with fresh towels and bed linens, toilet roll, hand soap, shower gel, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and kitchen cooking essentials including oil, salt, and pepper. We also include a limited supply of dishwasher tablets and laundry pods to get you started. For longer stays, our weekly cleaning service replenishes towels and linens so you don't need to worry about a thing.

Yes, absolutely. We can provide the full postal address and Eircode of your property so you can receive mail, packages, and deliveries throughout your stay. If for any reason your current property isn't available for the extended dates, we'll work with you to find a suitable alternative nearby. We also offer better rates for longer stays, so an extension could work out very cost-effectively.
