For Property Owners · What We Handle
Who stays in your property matters as much as how much they pay. We house relocating executives, diplomats, consultants and corporate travellers — every one of them identity-verified, employer-checked and bound by a written agreement.
EirStay is built around the corporate and relocation market, not weekend tourism. Our guests are typically in Dublin for work — a project posting, a relocation, a secondment, a consulting engagement — and stay two weeks or more. That profile is, by its nature, lower-risk and higher-care than short holiday lets.
We deliberately keep it that way. Declining the wrong booking is part of protecting your property, your neighbours and your relationship with your management company.
Before a stay is confirmed, we verify the lead guest’s identity and, for corporate bookings, confirm the employer or booking company. Every guest signs a booking agreement covering conduct, the agreed occupancy, and the house rules specific to your property.
A security deposit or company guarantee sits behind each stay, and occupancy is capped at the people named on the booking. The result is a calm, professional tenancy you would be comfortable having in your own home.
Every part of the operation, managed end-to-end so you can step back.
